Description

These No-Bake Banana Snickers Bites are a delightful treat combining creamy banana, rich peanut butter, crunchy peanuts, and a smooth chocolate shell. With just four simple ingredients and no baking required, they’re easy to prepare and perfect for freezer storage, making a delicious snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Chocolate Coating

  • 1.5 cups chocolate, melted

Filling

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate: Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each round until smooth. If the chocolate is too thick, stir in a teaspoon of coconut oil to thin it and achieve a silky texture.
  2. Form chocolate base: In a silicone mold, add 1-2 teaspoons of melted chocolate to cover the bottom of each cavity.
  3. Add banana and peanut butter: Place thin slices of banana over the chocolate base in each mold, then add a dollop of creamy peanut butter on top.
  4. Top with peanuts and chocolate: Sprinkle roasted peanuts over the peanut butter and gently press them in. Cover everything with more melted chocolate to seal the bites.
  5. Freeze until firm: Place the mold in the freezer for 1-2 hours until the chocolate is fully set and firm.
  6. Serve: Remove the bites from the silicone molds and enjoy your delicious No-Bake Banana Snickers Bites!

Notes

  • Use Good Chocolate – Higher quality chocolate provides better flavor; brands like Hu Kitchen are ideal, but any quality chocolate chips or chopped chocolate work well.
  • Choose the Right Bananas – Use just-ripe, yellow bananas to hold their shape; overly ripe bananas can become mushy.
  • No Silicone Molds? – Substitute with mini cupcake liners or freeze the bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
