- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Ranch seasoning mix
- Toasted pecans or almonds, finely chopped
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Melted butter
- Optional: diced jalapeños for added heat
Instructions
- Slice pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers to create “pickle boats.”
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, ranch seasoning, chopped nuts, and jalapeños (if using).
- Fill each pickle half with the cream cheese mixture, pressing gently to secure.
- In a shallow bowl, combine melted butter and panko. Press the stuffed side of each pickle into the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place pickles stuffed-side up in the basket and air fry for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Cool slightly, then serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
- Spice it up with extra jalapeños or chili flakes.
- Try different cheeses like pepper jack or gouda.
- For nut-free: use more cheese or chopped scallions.
- Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
- Bake alternative: 400°F (200°C) oven for 15–20 minutes.
