Ingredients
Dip Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can artichoke hearts (drained)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ⅔ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) to get it ready for baking the dip.
- Prepare Artichokes: Drain the artichoke hearts thoroughly and chop them roughly into large pieces for texture. Place them in a mixing bowl.
- Mix Ingredients: Add the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and grated parmesan cheese to the bowl with artichokes. Stir all components together until the mixture is uniform and well combined.
- Bake the Dip: Transfer the dip mixture into an oven-safe dish and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbling on top.
- Serve Warm: Remove from oven and serve the creamy artichoke dip warm with sliced baguette or your favorite crackers.
Notes
- For a lighter dip, substitute half of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
- You can add a pinch of crushed red pepper for a spicy kick.
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese melts better and tastes richer than pre-grated options.
- Use a shallow baking dish to ensure even cooking and browning.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheated gently.
