Description

This Banana Pudding Greek Yogurt Bowl combines creamy 0% Greek yogurt with vanilla protein powder and ripe banana for a quick, protein-packed snack or breakfast. Enhanced with vanilla extract and crunchy graham cracker crumbs, it offers a delightful texture and natural sweetness without added sugar. Ready in just five minutes, it’s a nutritious and satisfying treat perfect for a busy lifestyle.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt (175g)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (40g, whey protein recommended)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 banana (140g)
  • 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs (8g, from 1 graham cracker)

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt and protein powder: In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
  2. Mash banana into mixture: Add half of the banana to the bowl and mash it thoroughly into the yogurt mixture until fully blended and creamy.
  3. Add banana slices and crumbs: Slice the remaining half of the banana into rounds. Stir most of these banana slices into the bowl, leaving some aside for garnish. Crumble the graham cracker and mix the crumbs into the bowl. Finally, top the bowl with the reserved banana slices and graham cracker crumbs before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
  • Substitute graham cracker crumbs with crushed digestive biscuits if unavailable.
  • For a dairy-free variation, use a plant-based yogurt and vegan protein powder.
  • This recipe can be prepared in advance and refrigerated for up to 4 hours for convenience.
  • Adjust protein powder quantity or type according to dietary preferences or calorie needs.
