Ingredients
Fresh Mango Salsa Ingredients
- 3 ripe, fresh mangoes (peeled and diced)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- ¼ medium red onion (diced)
- ¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 jalapeno (seeded and diced, optional for spice)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Peel and dice the mangoes, dice the red bell pepper and red onion, chop the cilantro, mince the garlic, and if using, seed and dice the jalapeno carefully to control the spice level.
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, add the diced mangoes, red bell pepper, red onion, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, diced jalapeno, avocado oil, lime juice, and salt.
- Mix and Rest: Stir all ingredients together until evenly combined. Allow the salsa to rest for 15 minutes at room temperature so the flavors meld perfectly.
