Description

A vibrant and nutritious Acai Bowl featuring a blend of frozen acai puree, fresh fruits, and honey, topped with granola and additional berries. This creamy, naturally sweet breakfast is quick to prepare and customizable for a refreshing start to your day.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 8 ounces frozen acai puree
  • 1 ripe banana, some slices reserved for garnish
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, reserve 10 for garnish
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, reserve a few for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add frozen acai puree, ripe banana, blueberries, strawberries, and honey to a high-speed blender for a smooth and creamy mixture.
  2. Blend: Blend the mixture until smooth. If the blend gets stuck or is too thick, add 1/4 cup of water to help blend smoothly and achieve desired consistency.
  3. Serve: Spoon the blended acai mixture into bowls.
  4. Garnish: Top each bowl with the reserved banana slices, blueberries, strawberries, and sprinkle granola on top for crunch and added texture.

Notes

  • Use frozen acai puree for the best texture and chill in the bowl to keep the acai bowl cool.
  • Customize toppings with nuts, seeds, or other fresh fruits as desired.
  • Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of honey or substituting with agave syrup or maple syrup if preferred.
  • For a thicker bowl, freeze the banana slices before blending.
