Ingredients
White Garlic Pizza Sauce

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Melt Butter: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat to create a rich base for the sauce.
- Sauté Garlic: Add minced garlic and cook for 30–45 seconds until fragrant to infuse the butter with garlic flavor.
- Add Cream: Pour in heavy cream and whisk continuously until the mixture is smooth and combined.
- Add Cheeses: Stir in grated Parmesan and cream cheese (if using) until fully melted and incorporated.
- Season: Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste, mixing well to distribute the flavors evenly.
- Simmer: Let the sauce simmer gently for 2–3 minutes on medium-low heat until it thickens to your desired consistency.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately as a pizza sauce, pasta topping, or dip.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for the best and most vibrant garlic flavor.
- For a lighter sauce, substitute half-and-half for the heavy cream.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
