Ingredients

Instructions
- Slice the watermelon into thick rectangular slices, then cut into fry-shaped sticks about ½ inch thick.
- Scoop the solid part of the chilled coconut cream into a bowl.
- Add lime juice, lime zest, and maple syrup or honey if using.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy, adding a splash of coconut water or lime juice if needed for consistency.
