Description

A high-protein, low-carb flatbread made with cottage cheese, eggs, and Parmesan. It’s soft, flavorful, and versatile—perfect as a wrap, sandwich base, or pizza crust alternative.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat, low-fat, or fat-free)
  • 2 large eggs (or equivalent liquid egg whites)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or herbs/spices of choice)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  3. Pour batter onto the lined baking sheet and spread evenly to desired thickness.
