Description

This Tzatziki Chicken & Veggie Naan Pizza combines creamy tzatziki, tender chicken, and fresh veggies on a crispy naan base for a quick Mediterranean-inspired meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the naan breads on a baking sheet and brush each lightly with olive oil.
  3. Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Top each naan with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the toppings.
  6. Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the naan is crispy and the toppings are heated through.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
