These Triple Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies are soft, thick, and packed with Reese’s Pieces, peanut butter chips, and chopped Reese’s cups, making them the ultimate treat for peanut butter lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Reese’s Pieces
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully combined.
  6. Fold in Reese’s Pieces, peanut butter chips, and chopped Reese’s cups.
  7. Drop dough onto prepared baking sheets using a cookie scoop, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking to prevent spreading.
  • Use regular creamy peanut butter for better texture.
  • Freeze Reese’s cups for easier chopping.
  • Dough can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
  • Cookies can be frozen for up to 2 months.
