Description

This TikTok Starbucks Iced White Mocha Copycat recipe replicates the creamy, sweet, and refreshing iced white mocha drink with homemade cold foam, combining white chocolate sauce, espresso, caramel, and vanilla syrup for a perfect coffee treat at home.

Ingredients

Cold Foam

  • ⅓ cup half & half
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup

Iced White Mocha

  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate sauce
  • 2 capsules Nespresso espresso (or 2 espresso shots)
  • ½ cup 2% milk
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cold Foam: Combine the half & half and vanilla syrup in a French press. Place the lid on and move the plunger up and down 40 times to create a creamy cold foam. Set aside for topping.
  2. Mix the Drink: In a cocktail shaker, add the white chocolate sauce, freshly brewed espresso (from 2 Nespresso capsules or 2 espresso shots), and 2% milk. Shake vigorously about 10 times to blend all ingredients well. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, use a jar with a tight-fitting lid to shake.
  3. Prepare the Cup: Drizzle caramel sauce inside the serving cup by using a spoon to coat the interior. Then fill the cup with 1 cup of ice.
  4. Assemble the Drink: Pour the shaken white mocha mixture over the ice in the caramel-coated cup. Finally, top the drink generously with the vanilla sweet cream cold foam prepared earlier for a rich and decadent finish.

Notes

  • If you don’t have a French press, you can vigorously whisk the half & half and vanilla syrup to create foam.
  • Use 2 shots of espresso or Nespresso pods depending on your equipment availability.
  • The caramel drizzle inside the cup adds an extra layer of sweetness and presentation appeal.
  • This recipe makes one serving; adjust quantities as needed for more servings.
