Description

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad made with a mix of fresh fruits and a zesty honey-lime dressing. Perfect for breakfast, a healthy snack, or a light dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 cups cantaloupe, cubed
  • 2 cups honeydew melon, cubed
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup grapes, halved if large
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and cut all fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, lime zest, and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, gently toss all the fruit together.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently mix to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle chopped mint leaves on top and give one final gentle toss.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use seasonal fruits for variety and freshness.
  • Add dressing and mint just before serving if making ahead.
  • Best served chilled and consumed within 2 days.
  • Optional: Add a pinch of cinnamon or ginger for a spiced version.
