Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons hot honey
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Sear the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the oven, drizzle with hot honey, and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese melts and the honey bubbles.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
