Description

This Crispy Hot Honey Feta Chicken is an easy, flavorful dish that combines spicy-sweet hot honey with creamy feta cheese over golden, seared chicken breasts. Perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons hot honey
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Sear the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the seared chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Remove the chicken from the oven, drizzle with hot honey, and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese melts and the honey bubbles.
