Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Italian-style or Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 4 sandwich rolls or buns
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Fry the chicken in a skillet for 4–5 minutes per side or air-fry at 200 °C for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
