Ingredients

- 1 pound ribeye or sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups water or beef broth
- 1 cup queso (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Cook steak until browned and cooked through; remove and set aside.
