- 8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese and whisk until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until well coated.
- Slice the steak and serve over the creamy garlic parmesan pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- Let steak rest before slicing to retain juices.
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
- Reheat leftovers gently with a splash of cream or milk.
