Description

These no-bake S’more Cracker Cookies are a fun and easy twist on the classic campfire treat. Made with Ritz crackers, marshmallow crème, chocolate almond bark, and graham cracker crumbs, they deliver a crispy, gooey, sweet-and-salty snack perfect for any time of year.


Ingredients

  • 48 Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup marshmallow crème
  • 12 oz chocolate almond bark, melted
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Optional: mini marshmallows
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Spread marshmallow crème on one Ritz cracker and top with another to form a sandwich.
  2. Melt the chocolate almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. Dip each cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
  4. Place dipped cookies on parchment paper.
  5. Immediately sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs (and optional mini marshmallows or chocolate chips if using).
  6. Let set at room temperature until chocolate hardens.
