Ingredients
- 48 Ritz crackers
- 1 cup marshmallow crème
- 12 oz chocolate almond bark, melted
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Optional: mini marshmallows
- Optional: mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Spread marshmallow crème on one Ritz cracker and top with another to form a sandwich.
- Melt the chocolate almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
- Place dipped cookies on parchment paper.
- Immediately sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs (and optional mini marshmallows or chocolate chips if using).
- Let set at room temperature until chocolate hardens.
