Description

Golden-brown pizza sticks filled with a creamy seafood mixture of shrimp, crab, cheese, and spices, perfect for dipping in marinara or your favorite sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 package pizza dough
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, and Old Bay seasoning until evenly combined.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into approximately 2-inch-wide strips.
  4. Place a generous scoop of the seafood mixture on one end of each strip.
  5. Roll the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place the sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush each with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden and puffed.
  8. Serve hot with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

  • Swap Old Bay for Cajun seasoning for a spicy kick.
  • Roll the sticks in garlic butter after baking for extra flavor.
