Description
Golden-brown pizza sticks filled with a creamy seafood mixture of shrimp, crab, cheese, and spices, perfect for dipping in marinara or your favorite sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 package pizza dough
- Olive oil, for brushing
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
- In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, and Old Bay seasoning until evenly combined.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into approximately 2-inch-wide strips.
- Place a generous scoop of the seafood mixture on one end of each strip.
- Roll the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush each with olive oil.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden and puffed.
- Serve hot with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Swap Old Bay for Cajun seasoning for a spicy kick.
- Roll the sticks in garlic butter after baking for extra flavor.
- Use BBQ sauce instead of marinara for a smoky twist.
