Description

A refreshing and flavorful dish featuring succulent shrimp, creamy avocado, vibrant mango salsa, and a zesty lime-chili sauce. Perfect for a light and healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the shrimp in the seasoning mixture.
  3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocado, mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and chili flakes to make the Lime-Chili Sauce.
  6. To assemble the bowls, divide the mango salsa and grilled shrimp between two bowls. Drizzle with Lime-Chili Sauce and serve immediately.
