Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the shrimp in the seasoning mixture.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocado, mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and chili flakes to make the Lime-Chili Sauce.
- To assemble the bowls, divide the mango salsa and grilled shrimp between two bowls. Drizzle with Lime-Chili Sauce and serve immediately.
