Description

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cottage cheese (full-fat recommended)
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups baby tomatoes, quartered
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
