Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing (store‑bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden, then remove skillet from heat.
  4. Spoon Caesar dressing over the chicken, then sprinkle evenly with Parmesan.
  5. Tuck trimmed asparagus around the chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder—and extra Parmesan if desired.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and asparagus is tender‑crisp.
  7. Let rest briefly, then squeeze lemon over the dish just before serving.
