Ingredients
- 1 can crescent roll dough (refrigerated, classic variety)
- 8 breakfast sausage links or patties (cooked)
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon butter or oil (for scrambling eggs)
Instructions
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned and fully cooked. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a nonstick pan with butter until just set.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- On each triangle, place scrambled eggs, cheese, and a sausage link on the wide end.
- Roll tightly from the wide end to the point, tucking in sides.
- Place roll-ups on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
