Ingredients
- 48 Ritz crackers
- 7 oz marshmallow creme (or fluff)
- 24 oz chocolate almond bark (or Ghirardelli melting wafers)
- Optional: ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- Optional: ½ cup marshmallow bits
- Optional: ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- Optional: ½ cup sprinkles or jimmies
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate almond bark according to package instructions—typically in 30-second microwave bursts at 50% power, stirring until smooth.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment or wax paper.
- Arrange half the Ritz crackers on the sheets.
- Use a greased spoon to spread 1–2 tsp marshmallow creme on each cracker.
- Gently press a second cracker on top to form a sandwich.
- Dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate using tongs or a fork, tapping off any excess.
- Return them to the baking sheet.
- Immediately sprinkle your choice of optional toppings if desired.
- Allow cookies to set until the chocolate hardens—about 15–20 minutes.
