Description

These no-bake Ritz S’mores Cookies are a quick and fun twist on classic s’mores, featuring marshmallow creme sandwiched between Ritz crackers and dipped in melted chocolate. Perfect for parties or a cozy treat.


Ingredients

  • 48 Ritz crackers
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme (or fluff)
  • 24 oz chocolate almond bark (or Ghirardelli melting wafers)
  • Optional: ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Optional: ½ cup marshmallow bits
  • Optional: ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: ½ cup sprinkles or jimmies

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate almond bark according to package instructions—typically in 30-second microwave bursts at 50% power, stirring until smooth.
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment or wax paper.
  3. Arrange half the Ritz crackers on the sheets.
  4. Use a greased spoon to spread 1–2 tsp marshmallow creme on each cracker.
  5. Gently press a second cracker on top to form a sandwich.
  6. Dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate using tongs or a fork, tapping off any excess.
