Description

Ritz Cracker Party Sandwiches are warm, cheesy, bite-sized treats perfect for parties or casual snacking. Made with deli turkey, melted cheese, and a savory butter glaze, they’re quick to prepare and always a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

  • 48 Ritz crackers
  • 12 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese, quartered
  • 12 slices deli turkey, quartered
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  3. Arrange 24 Ritz crackers, flat side up, on the baking sheet.
  4. Top each cracker with a quarter slice of turkey and cheese.
  5. Place another cracker on top to form a sandwich.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over the top of each sandwich.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and crackers are golden.
  9. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
