Description

Refreshing Peach Lemonade is a sweet-tart, hydrating drink made from fresh peaches and lemons, perfect for hot summer days. It’s easy to make, naturally flavored, and ideal for BBQs or poolside lounging.


Ingredients

  • 4 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 cups water, divided
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Optional: mint leaves or lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine sliced peaches, sugar, and 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until peaches are soft and sugar is dissolved.
  2. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
  3. In a large pitcher, mix the peach puree with lemon juice and the remaining 4 cups of water. Stir well.
  4. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves or lemon slices if desired.
