Description

This Reese’s Cheese Ball is a no-bake dessert made with peanut butter, cream cheese, and coated in mini Reese’s candies, offering a sweet and salty treat perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini Reese’s Pieces or chopped mini Reese’s cups (for coating)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Mix in the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
  4. Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a ball.
  5. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
  6. Before serving, roll the cheese ball in mini Reese’s candies or chopped Reese’s cups, pressing gently to adhere.
  7. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices.

Notes

  • Use creamy peanut butter for a smoother texture.
  • Can be made up to 2 days in advance; add candy coating just before serving.
  • To make it less sweet, reduce powdered sugar or use dark chocolate chips.
  • Best served chilled or at room temperature.
