Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini Reese’s Pieces or chopped mini Reese’s cups (for coating)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices for serving
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.
- Mix in the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
- Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a ball.
- Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in mini Reese’s candies or chopped Reese’s cups, pressing gently to adhere.
- Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices.
