Instructions
- Add chocolate milk, sweetened condensed milk, and frozen whipped topping to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- For ice cream maker: pour mixture into machine and churn for 20–30 minutes until thick.
- For no machine: freeze mixture in a container, stirring every 20–30 minutes for 1–2 hours until thick and scoopable.
