Ingredients
- 24 slices of pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup cooked Italian sausage (optional)

- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Bake the pepperoni for 8-10 minutes, or until crispy and golden.

- Remove the pepperoni shells from the oven. Spoon the cheese mixture into each shell, then add cooked Italian sausage (if using).
- Bake the filled taco shells for 3-5 more minutes to melt the cheese.
