Description

Peanut Butter Brownie Bombs are the ultimate no-fail dessert—fudgy brownies wrapped around creamy peanut butter balls, dipped in rich chocolate, and finished with a sweet or salty topping. Perfect for parties, gift boxes, or indulgent snacking, these bite-sized treats are easy to make and impossible to resist.

Ingredients

  • Fudge brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, water as listed on the box)
  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Salt
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • Optional: crushed peanuts, sea salt, or sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Bake Brownies: Prepare and bake brownie mix in a 9×13-inch pan as directed. Cool completely.
  2. Make Peanut Butter Balls: Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Roll into small balls and freeze for 20–30 minutes.
  3. Form Brownie Bombs: Scoop and flatten a piece of brownie, wrap it around a peanut butter ball, and roll into a sealed ball. Repeat.
  4. Chill Again: Freeze the formed bombs for 30 minutes to make dipping easier.
  5. Dip in Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips or wafers. Dip each chilled bomb to coat, then place on parchment paper.
  6. Decorate and Set: Sprinkle with toppings while chocolate is wet. Let set at room temp or refrigerate until firm.

Notes

  • Use crunchy peanut butter for texture.
  • Add caramel inside for a gooey center.
  • Swap peanut butter for sunflower seed butter to make nut-free.
  • Drizzle with colored chocolate or roll in festive toppings for holidays.
  • If brownie mixture is crumbly, add a little water or melted chocolate to help it bind.
