Description

Peach Fluff Salad is a no-bake, creamy dessert made with peaches, whipped topping, marshmallows, and cottage cheese. It’s light, refreshing, and perfect for summer gatherings or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained and chopped
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar), thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned peaches and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with the thawed whipped topping. Stir until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the cottage cheese until evenly distributed.
  4. Add the chopped peaches, mini marshmallows, and optional chopped pecans. Fold gently to combine.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

  • Substitute canned peaches with fresh, ripe peaches when in season.
