Description

This One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta is the ultimate comfort food made easy. With rich garlic butter, creamy sauce, and savory ground beef all simmered together in one pot, it’s a weeknight dinner hero with minimal cleanup and maximum flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or other short pasta)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
  2. Add butter to the pot. Once melted, stir in chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Stir in pasta and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce is thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is creamy.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Stir in spinach, peas, or mushrooms for extra veggies.
  • Use mozzarella or cheddar for a cheesier version.
  • Substitute with gluten-free pasta and broth for a GF option.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat with a splash of broth or milk.
