Description

A hearty, creamy one-pot pasta dish made with ground beef, garlic, spinach, and parmesan, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal with minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 3 cups chicken or beef broth

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add minced garlic and chopped onion. Cook until fragrant and softened.
  3. Pour in broth and cream. Bring to a simmer.
