Description

This Ninja Creami Dole Whip recipe is a refreshing and easy-to-make frozen treat that requires just 3 main ingredients: pineapple, coconut milk, and a sweetener. Perfect for a tropical-inspired dessert, it uses the Ninja Creami machine to create a creamy, sorbet-like texture without any dairy or artificial flavors.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or canned pineapple chunks (20 oz), drained (tidbits, crushed, or sliced also work)
  • ½ cup coconut milk (full-fat or water blend)
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup (optional) (can substitute honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, stevia, monk fruit, or regular sugar)

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and sweetener if using. Blend until smooth and well mixed.
  2. Freeze Mixture: Pour the blended mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring it does not exceed the max fill line. Place the container in the freezer and freeze solid for at least 24 hours.
  3. Process in Ninja Creami: After freezing, remove the pint container from the freezer and install it into the Ninja Creami machine. Attach the pint holder lid and lock it securely. Select the ‘Sorbet’ setting and allow the machine to process the mixture into a creamy dole whip texture.
  4. Serve: Scoop the prepared Dole Whip into bowls and add your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, shredded coconut, or nuts for extra flavor and texture.

Notes

  • Make sure the mixture is fully frozen, ideally 24 hours, for best texture in the Ninja Creami.
  • If you prefer a sweeter treat, adjust the amount and type of sweetener to your liking.
  • You can substitute the pineapple with other tropical fruits, but results may vary.
  • The coconut milk type (full-fat or light) affects creaminess; full-fat yields a richer texture.
  • Do not exceed the max fill line in the pint container to avoid processing errors in the Ninja Creami.
