Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups chilled Mountain Dew soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 tablespoon gelatin (dissolved, for firmer texture)
- Optional: green food coloring for a vibrant hue
Instructions
- Chill the mixing bowl and whisk in advance.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. If using gelatin, dissolve it and stir it in.
- Gently stir in the chilled Mountain Dew, preserving as much fizz as possible.
- Carefully fold in the whipped cream to maintain fluffiness.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or overnight.
