Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 2 tbsp butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers, chopped
- 1 tbsp pepperoncini juice
- 6 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1 loaf French bread or 6 slices Texas toast
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, ranch seasoning, and au jus mix.
- Add chopped pepperoncini peppers and juice, simmer until well combined and heated through.
- Mix softened butter with minced garlic and spread over bread slices or toast.
- Toast the bread in the oven until golden and crispy.
- Spoon beef mixture onto the garlic bread and top with cheese slices.
- Return to oven just long enough to melt the cheese.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve.
