Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained and chopped
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned peaches and crushed pineapple thoroughly, then chop the peach slices into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with the whipped topping, stirring until smooth.
