Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). - Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside. - Prepare the Vegetables:
Slice the zucchinis and halve the cherry tomatoes. Toss them with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. - Assemble the Dish:
