Ingredients
- 2 8-inch flatbreads (naan preferred)
- ¼ cup prepared pesto, plus more for drizzling
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
- 4 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
- ½ cup chopped fresh spinach
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup sliced kalamata olives
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and spread the pesto evenly over each one.
