- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg

- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Let them cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
- Swap cheddar for mozzarella, pepper jack, or Gouda for different flavors.
- Add jalapeños for a twist.
- Use gluten-free flour for a gluten-free version.
- Reheat in the oven for best texture; avoid microwaving.
- Can be frozen before or after baking.
