Ingredients

  • pounds boneless, skinless chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 10 ounces penne pasta
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
