Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix lemon cake mix, egg, and melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, zest, and egg. Mix until creamy.
- Pour the lemon filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
