Description

This no-bake Key Lime Pie Lush is a creamy, citrusy dessert layered with a Golden Oreo crust, velvety cream cheese-pudding filling, and fluffy whipped cream. With the bright zest of key limes and luscious textures, it’s a perfect summer dessert for parties or holidays.

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces double-stuffed Golden Oreos (family-sized package)
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • Two 3.4-ounce packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 5½ cups heavy whipping cream, divided
  • 1 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • Zest of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Prepare Crust: Crush Oreos in a food processor. Reserve 1½ cups of crumbs. Mix the rest with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. Cream Layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in pudding mix, then 2 cups heavy cream and key lime juice. Reserve ⅔ cup of mixture.
  3. Layering:
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust.
  5. Sprinkle reserved crumbs.
  6. Whip 2 cups cream + powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in reserved ⅔ cup mixture and spread over crumbs.
  7. Whip final 1½ cups cream, spread as top layer.
  8. Chill: Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Can substitute graham crackers or Nilla wafers for a different crust.
  • Lemon zest or juice can add a citrusy variation.
  • Garnish with lime zest or thin lime slices.
  • Best served cold; stores well in fridge up to 3 days or frozen for firmer texture.
