Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 medium onion, chopped
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 4 cups beef broth
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 4 oz cream cheese
 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 tsp dried basil
 - 1 tsp dried parsley
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
 - Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until onion is soft.
 - Pour in beef broth and stir in dried basil and parsley. Bring to a boil.
 - Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese until melted.
 - Add heavy cream and shredded cheddar, stirring until cheese is melted and soup is smooth.
 - Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes before serving.
