Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until onion is soft.
  3. Pour in beef broth and stir in dried basil and parsley. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese until melted.
