Ingredients

- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, beaten egg, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Preheat grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until well done.
