Ingredients
- 1 cup pre-made frosting (any flavor or color)
- 2¾ cups powdered sugar

- Use ice cream scoops and cones to shape and play with the dough.
Notes
- Use regular frosting, not whipped or light versions.
- Mixing by hand is possible but requires more effort.
- Always supervise toddlers during play.
- Store in a zip-top bag in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Add food coloring or edible glitter for extra fun.
