Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef steak, cut into 1‑inch cubes
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cube the steak and dice the potatoes.
- Layer the beef cubes and potatoes in the crockpot.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and sour cream just before serving until creamy and combined.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
