Description

This Hot Fudge Brownie Bread is a rich, fudgy loaf made with boxed brownie mix and hot fudge sauce. It’s simple to prepare yet delivers indulgent, gooey slices perfect for any chocolate lover.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (18–20 oz) fudge brownie mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
  • ¼ cup water (optional)
  • ½ cup hot fudge sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • Optional: chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and grease or line a 9×5″ loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water until just combined.
  3. Warm the hot fudge slightly and gently swirl it into the batter to create a marbled look.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips or chunks if using.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Let the bread rest in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice and drizzle with warm hot fudge before serving. Optional: Serve with vanilla ice cream.

Notes

  • Use warm fudge for easier swirling.
  • Add espresso powder or peanut butter for extra flavor.
  • Fold in nuts or marshmallows for added texture.
  • Adapt with gluten-free mix and dairy-free fudge for dietary needs.
  • Store at room temp for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
