Ingredients
- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Separate the crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Place an apple slice on each triangle and roll it up tightly.
- Arrange the apple dumplings in the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the dumplings.
- Pour the melted butter and water around the dumplings in the dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the dumplings are golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm, drizzled with the syrup from the bottom of the dish.
