Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (or cornstarch for extra crispiness)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for frying
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika, then dredge in flour, shaking off any excess.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, black pepper, hot sauce (if using), and minced garlic. Simmer until slightly thickened. Add chicken and toss to coat.
  5. In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the creamy garlic sauce and toss until well coated.
